Vera is a data scientist and former KPMG consultant with expertise in digital management, technology strategy, and full-stack AI engineering. With over three years of experience building AI systems and LLM-based agents, along with training in HL7 and FHIR standards, Vera develops scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that connect data, interoperability, and intelligent automation.

Bhagyashree has been with Massachusetts Association of Health Plans (MAHP), a trade association, since April 2019, initially serving as a Health Policy Consultant before transitioning to the role of Health Policy and Research Analyst in January 2021. She brings extensive legal experience spanning business, health, employment, and public policy in both India and the United States.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from Northeastern University School of Law, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Campbellsville University.

James brings 24 years of health care experience, beginning his career in end-of-life care as a CNA. Since then, he has had the privilege of helping establish new departments and divisions across enterprise analytics and decision support, population health, physician and clinic operations, EHR implementations, and revenue cycle management. James holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Delivery Science and currently serves as a health plan consultant for large employer groups at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa.
